• Does not guarantee housing availability, pricing accuracy, or rental approval
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information
• Does not replace professional inspections, appraisals, or assessments

3. AI-Generated Content

AskDwell uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collab Z Inc., AskDwell, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Service Availability

AskDwell is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
